Bond Strengths (ISO 4587): 1.5 to 2.5 N/mm2 (tensile shear) in 12 to 24 hours, depending on the substrate.
How to use
Application
When you need to glue something, just make sure the surfaces you want to bond are clean, dry and close-fitting. Simply remove the cap and apply a small quantity of the transparent glue to one surface, press both surfaces together immediately and hold them in place until bond sets. It is as simple as that!
- Ensure all surfaces to be bonded are clean and dry and close-fitting.
- Wash the glass with water and dry thoroughly. Avoid cleaning the glass with detergents as residues of these materials can adversely affect the quality of the bond.
- Avoid skin contact with the glue.
- Apply minimum quantity of LOCTITE® Super Glue Glass to one of the surfaces to be bonded.
- Bring parts together immediately and hold by hand pressure for at least 1 minute.
- Leave undisturbed for 10 minutes or preferably overnight to allow full bond strength to develop.
- Avoid spillages and protect work surfaces. Remove cured residues of Super Glue Glass with LOCTITE® Super Glue Remover.
- For best results, the bonds should be prepared at room temperature (15-30°C) and a minimum 30% relative humidity.
- For optimum product life, wipe the nozzle with a tissue soaked in acetone (e.g. nail varnish remover) to remove excess adhesive, replace cap and store the pack in a cool, dry place.
LIMITATIONS
- For indoor use only.
- Do not use on dusty, dirty or wet surfaces
- Not suitable for bonding polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE, silicone rubber, very soft leather or foams
- Never use for bonding assemblies that will hold hot liquids

Click & Collect
Handy Household is currently offering a click and collect service from our store in Sandbach, Cheshire.
Almost all orders are processed the same day for collection unless otherwise stated, however Handy Household reserves the right to process orders for collection within 1 to 2 business, (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup Handy Household after placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the same day unless otherwise stated on the product or at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:15 – 5:15 (Monday-Friday) and 10:15 – 3:45 on (Sundays) we are open 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns of any kind are processed the same as an in-store purchase, we accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
