Refunds

All Handy Household Online Click & Collect refunds are to be processed in store the same as any normal instore purchase. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase, in the case of card refunds please wait up to 5 days for the refund to show up on your account.

Handy Household’s refund policy last 30 days, after this period we are unable to refund or exchange any item, to be eligible for a refund please return your goods in the same condition as purchased ie in a unused unopened condition complete with the original online or receipt slip.

Late or missing refunds

We do not anticipate any issues with refunds but if you do have any unpaid refunds, please call us on (01270 759 900) or come into store and we will check our records.

Exchanges

Can be made up to 30 days after purchase if the item is in its original unopened condition.

Shipping

As Handy Household is only operating as click & Collect for the time being there are no delivery or shipping cost involved.
