How to use

Use every time you are preparing the soil for planting. Sprinkle evenly over the soil and mix in well. Water well after sowing seeds and planting out, especially in dry weather.

During the growing season, sprinkle evenly over the soil around established plants. Gently work it into the soil surface with a hand fork without disturbing the roots and water in thoroughly.

Remember that plants also require other nutrients like nitrogen and potassium. Use this product in combination with manure or a complete fertiliser like Levington® Growmore.

For established plants in beds and containers: Apply when plants are actively growing. Water in well.

For new plants, fork into the bottom of the planting hole and add to the compost and soil used as a planting mixture. Water in well.

For soil preparation, apply at any time you are preparing new beds and borders.

Ideal for all plants, especially trees, shrubs, fruit and root vegetables.

How often to apply

Use this product whenever you’re preparing new beds, when planting out new young plants and around established plants during the growing season.

Coverage area

Soil preparation: 75g per m².

During the growing: season 50g per m².

Leguminous plants such as peas and beans: 50-70g per m².

Potatoes: 50-90g per m².

Fruit trees: 60-90g per m².

NPK 0-18-0.

Cautions

• Always wear gloves when gardening.
• Only use where there is a recognised need to feed plants. Keep away from plant leaves and stems.
• Do not exceed the appropriate application rate. Increasing the dosage may result in damage to your plants.
• Store in the original container in a cool, dry, frost-free place away from children, pets and foodstuffs.
• Wash hands and exposed skin after use.
• Do not eat or smoke while applying the product.
