Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Online Orders

In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at (contact@handyhousehold.co.uk) and provide photos so we can help you resolve this issue.

Items can be returned up to 28 days after they are received. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. 

To be eligible for a full refund, please return your goods in the same condition as purchased i.e. in a unused, unopened condition, and ensure the item is packaged correctly for safe delivery.

Click & Collect

All Handy Household Online Click & Collect returns and exchanges are to be processed in-store the same as any normal in-store purchase. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase (card or cash); in the case of card refunds please wait up to 5 days for the refund to show up on your account.

Handy Household’s refund policy lasts 28 days, after this period we are unable to refund or exchange any item. To be eligible for a refund please return your goods in the same condition as purchased i.e. in a unused, unopened condition, complete with the original online or receipt slip.

Late or missing refunds

We do not anticipate any issues with refunds but if you do have any unpaid refunds, please call us on (01270 759 900) or come into store and we will check our records.
